سياسة الإرجاع (Return Policy)

نحن في Tallerbe نحرص على رضا عملائنا. لذلك نوفر إمكانية إرجاع المنتجات خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام وفق الشروط التالية:

  1. يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
  2. يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو غير مطابق للطلب.
  3. تُعالَج طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7–14 يوم عمل بعد استلامنا المنتج المرتجع.
  4. يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.

Return Policy

At Tallerbe, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition and unused.
  2. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.
  3. Returns or exchanges are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
